Ready Care: As an alternative to an emergency room visit, the Dixon Ready Care Clinic offers the same enhanced healthcare services and expanded evening and weekend hours as our Sterling location. Open 8 AM–8 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8 AM–1:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday, walk-in treatment is available for everyday illness and injury, as well as laceration repair, initial strain/sprain/fracture evaluation and more. No appointments are needed; simply walk in and receive the care you need. Providers at the new CGH Dixon Ready Care include Brian Johnson, DNP, FNP-BC; Desiree Burke, MSN, FNP-C; Tina Barber, APRN, FNP-BC; Maria Chattic, APRN, FNP-BC; Carson Andrew, PA-C and Wes Shaw, PA-C.
Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Pediatrics: Diana Alanis, MD (Family Medicine) and Marisa Garcia, MSN, FNP-BC (Internal Medicine, Pediatrics), have joined the Family Medicine Department in Dixon. Dr. Alanis most recently worked in a traditional family medicine practice in Rockford. Both providers are bilingual and provide care in both English and Spanish.
Neurology/Tele-Neurology: Ahmad Daif, MD, has joined the CGH Neurology Department and sees patients at the Dixon clinic. Available Tuesday through Thursday, appointments include a telehealth visit at the Dixon office – with a physician specialist via video chat – and a CGH nurse present to assist and help answer any questions.
Sleep Medicine: Brittany Monceaux, MD, now sees patients with sleep disorders at both the CGH Main Clinic and the Dixon Medical Center.
OB/GYN (Women's Health) and the CGH Birthing Center: Anna Bida-Dudun, MD, FACOG and Barb Tieman, Certified Nurse Midwife, see patients and expectant mothers at both the CGH Main Clinic and the Dixon Medical Center.
Ophthalmology: Robert Pode, DO, has joined the Vision Center team in Dixon. He is a board-certified Ophthalmologist and has 28 years of experience in performing cataract surgery.
