As part of our ongoing commitment to Dixon and the surrounding communities, we continue to expand the services available at CGH’s Dixon Medical Center. Located at 1321 N. Galena Avenue (behind Culver's), the Dixon clinic gives you and your family access to a diverse array of skilled and compassionate family medicine providers, surgeons and specialists, who provide high-quality healthcare just minutes from home.

Service Include:
Adult Allergy, Cancer Care, Dermatology, Eye Care, Family Medicine, Hematology, Internal Medicine, Laboratory, Neurology, OB/GYN, Oncology, Pain For Ready Care, simply walk-in during any of the following business hours:

Dixon Ready Care: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm (Open over the lunch hour!)
Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 1:30 pm

Services include:
X-ray and lab services on-site!
Stitches, initial strain/sprain/fracture evaluation
Workers' Compensation initial injury visits
Sports injuries, allergies, cold, influenza, ear infections, bladder infections, strep throat, pneumonia, COVID, rashes, camp & sports physicals, insect bites, minor burns and more!Management, Pediatrics, Rehabilitation, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Wound Care
