Child care providers are invited to join Illinois Extension for a day of learning, networking and idea-sharing. In the morning, participants will choose two sessions to attend from a diverse lineup of offerings covering curriculum inclusivity, child health and safety, the impacts of technology, engaging animal and agriculture lessons and more. Lunch will be provided from 12-12:30 p.m., followed by the Keynote Speaker, Jim Gill, an award-winning musician, author and child development specialist. Prepare to be inspired as Jim shares his passion for active play music, revealing how it can ignite learning and boost retention. $40 for professionals; $30 for students, lunch included.
