Lee County 4-H and Dixon-based Sewer Equipment are partnering to offer the Future Designers Workshop, a unique opportunity for kids aged 10-18 to explore the world of two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) design and printing. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants will learn the basics of digital design then use 3D design software to create their own models and watch them come to life with a 3D printer during the session. Whether your child is a tech enthusiast or simply curious about design, this hands-on experience will ignite their imagination and provide skills they can use now and in the future. By diving into 2D and 3D design, participants will develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity skills that are essential for thriving in school and future careers.
